Your team:

You’ll be working in Human Resources on the FA Reward team in Weehawken, NJ. Our role is to administer the business adopted compensation plan and provide support to Branch Office Management, Financial Advisors and Support Staff across Wealth Management. We help by analyzing data, presenting and giving advice on various reward components and policies.

Your experience and skills:

Undergraduate Degree or higher

Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel and PowerPoint

Proven research and analytical experience

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Basic knowledge of Wealth Management business, Compensation and Financial Products

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Awareness and focus on risk and risk mitigation
