NJ Employer Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote in Newark, New Jersey

Company Job ID-18440The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the recruitment of staff and management-level professionals, including high-volume and/or niche positions, that support the industrial equipment maintenance services that C&W Services and its Plant Services Group provides across the US for a Fortune 500-recognized multinational retail & e-commerce company. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process for operational sites and work directly with various client and Plant Services Group (PSG) leaders. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will proactively resolve issues, make informed decisions in a timely manner, and create a positive candidate experience. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies that include (but are not limited to) monitoring applicant traffic flow from posted job requisitions on our companys website and other job board channels, proactive web-based searching through our applicant tracking system and other talent pool platforms, building relationships with key job-specific and industry-relevant schools and professional organizations/associations and their members, and producing recruitment marketing products that will attract passive talent. Identify the right candidates that meet the technical requirements of each search, and that have the drive and passion to consistently perform excellent services for our client, through in-depth interviewing. Counsel and collaborate with hiring authorities and both client and PSG leaders on local/state/national labor markets and best practices in order to deliver an effective and efficient recruitment process. Provide accurate and timely data/reports and presentations to hiring authorities, client leaders, PSG leaders, HR leaders, and C&W Services Executive Team members. Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred At least 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience preferred Experience hiring facility services and/or industrial equipment maintenance professionals highly preferred Between 10-25% travel may be required, especially at the start of employment Good knowledge of applicable state/federal employment and labor laws, as well as governmental compliance requirement Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely in both oral and written format Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.See URL for more information and EOE statement.
