KPMG is currently seeking a Ticket Coordinator to join our Market Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the seasonal ticket program on behalf of the Office of the Chairman and other senior level stakeholders

  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams

  • Allocate event and specialized tickets to requestors

  • Forecast and track utilization for all events

  • Create and distribute client e-mails and distribution lists

  • Attend high demand events as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Project management experience

  • Ability to work overtime, as needed
