JOB DUTIES: Reporting to the Managing Director, serve as a senior sales account manager who promotes and sells Operational and Regulatory Compliance products and services to major sell-side banks. Achieve or exceed designated sales targets for new and existing clients. Apply detailed technical product knowledge and related regulatory requirements. Responsible for sales expansion and cross selling. Prepare short and long-range sales strategy plan. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Related and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in the following: Account management experience with major sell side banks; experience with Sales Force or similar CRM; experience selling to sell side institutions in capital markets in the operational and regulatory space; experience in KYC, Tax compliance, and third party compliance; and experience of regulatory requirements, including FACTA and CRS.
