Requirements: * Bachelors degree required, with a minimum of 5-10 years of related experience required. * Previous experience as a Field Representative with mentoring experience highly desirable. * Strong leadership skills demonstrated by previous work experience and accomplishments required. * Knowledge of both Property & Casualty coverages / exposures required.* Broad knowledge of Verisk products, policies and procedures required. * Exceptional ability to conduct public speaking engagements on discipline to groups of all sizes. Adequate technical proficiency and communication skills to represent Verisk in trade group settings.* Excellent customer service and one-on-one interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and provide feedback. Ability to conduct on-the-job training and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.* Valid drivers license and maintenance of satisfactory driving record in accordance with company policies required. Some overnight travel (in and out of state) may be required in accordance with business needs. Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Manages all aspects of field operation in assigned territory, including staffing analysis and planning, hiring, evaluating staff performance, assigning and balancing workloads and providing direction and leadership to staff in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. Manages the day-to-day field survey operations of Verisk staff ensuring that corporate policies and procedures regarding quality and timeliness are maintained. Manages the field operations to ensure that opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, quality and customer service are identified and implemented. Responsible for SAM duties, which include: crafting and maintaining CR, TA updates, customer site visits as required. Maintain communication with Sales regarding opportunities, customers and services offered. Keeps abreast of changing requirements or new developments and opportunities in region and countrywide. Perform field audits for field representatives. Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
