The main objective of this role is to help develop and execute the strategic account plan while ensuring a high quality of service and effective communications between the client and internal RMS business units.Essential Job FunctionsDeliver exceptional service around client project and account engagementsManage complex client projects and strategic engagements to drive client valueNew/Client onboarding to new products and servicesUpdated product and model release managementOngoing technical expertise & assistanceIntimately understand RMS products and solutions and how these help solve client problemsSupport new business developmentHelp identify cancellation risksTravelExtensive travel may be required.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline with a strong academic track recordMinimum 5 years experience in insurance, software service, analytics or related fieldsRelationship management skillsPeople influence skillsTechnical knowledgeDomain knowledgeAbout RMS:There's a 5% chance that a hurricane will cause $60 billion of insured losses next year and a 1% chance an earthquake will cause $50 billion of insured loss in the next 12 months.
