Position Summary:

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Sourcer is responsible for candidate generation and attraction by acting as a search expert for functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements. As a Sourcer, this position is responsible for sourcing and screening active candidates from on-line databases as well as passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches and research. The Sourcer will partner with the Recruiting Relationship Manager (RRM) to align qualified candidates with appropriate positions and work with them through the Mondelez hiring process. In addition, the Sourcer may also perform research, sourcing and strategy development and sourcing process evaluation.


•Act as a search expert for multiple functional areas by participating in recruitment strategy/intake meetings to understand hiring needs, and proactively investigate new ideas for innovative sourcing strategies. Share information such as labor market availability & sourcing technologies

•Build Proactive Sourcing Strategies by function/job type. Understand competitive landscape influencing available talent. Function as externally focused expert on industry specific websites, associations, blogs, communities of interest to create multi-pronged sourcing strategies.

•Sourcing Strategy Execution: Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases and employee referrals. Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches and research. Leverage cold calling to generate interest in passive candidates. Stay proactive by building and maintaining active networks of talent for critical job types.

•Pre-qualifying candidates for basic qualifications, availability, technical skills, interest level, salary range, mobility/ relocation needs. Use assessment skills to short list top candidates RRM.

•Monitor employment brand health including effectiveness of employment value proposition and work with internal stakeholders to ensure recruiting materials and messages are aligned.

•Create, manage and update database of potential candidates in accordance with company practices.

•Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and customer feedback.



•Bachelor's degree highly recommended or equivalent experience required.

•High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

•Ability to request and analyze data and make recommendations.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.

•Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

•Demonstrated experience in partnering with other HR and business functions to successfully deliver recruitment targets; a consummate team player.
