MANAGER SERVICE SUPPORT - INFORMATION SYSTEM & IT (FT) Job Number: 3537Category: Information Systems and ITLocation: West Orange, NJ Section II: Summary of Job Function: Manage Service Support contracted and employee resources in the following areas Network Services, Wintel Systems Administration, UNIX Administration Storage Resource Management, Exchange Administration, and Database Administration. Responsible for Systems Administration and service levels for the following areas, network equipment at in all sites, problem tickets associated to group, Change Control, Asset/Alert Monitoring Toolset for each service line, Assist with Vendor management and customer satisfaction goals, work with Director and team members to develop policies, procedures, and standards in the above service lines. Section III: Job Qualifications/Education/Training/Certification/Licensure BA/BS in Information Technology and minimum of five (5) years experience in Information Technology. Skilled in customer relations, planning, organization and problem analysis and resolution. Experience in health care field helpful, but not required. or comparable work experience required.
