JOB PURPOSE:

  • The Licensed Practical Nurse‚Äôs (LPN) responsibility is to organize, deliver and document care in a timely manner and in accordance with the care plan developed by a Registered Nurse. Provides supportive and restorative care to patients under the supervision of the RN.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical School/1 Year College

  • Years of Related Experience: 0 - 1

  • NJ State Licensed Practical Nurse

  • High School Diploma

  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
