Fiserv Senior Product Strategist - Digital Payments in Parsippany, New Jersey
About the Role:
This product role is on the newly formed Digital team in Card Services. Digital transformation is accelerating in the payments and the Digital team was formed to accelerate the development of best in class digital payments products. This position will lead the overall product strategy and P&L for CardValet App and associated functionality.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Lead cross functional teams to develop and implement product roadmap
Create compelling consumer value propositions for new products that solve real consumer needs by incorporating primary and secondary research while delivering a positive P&L impact to Fiserv and its clients
Drive improvements in usage metrics for existing products by enhancing existing functionality and UX/UI.
Drive the Go To Market plan and business readiness launch activities
Develop and execute the Product Strategy leveraging the Pragmatic Marketing framework
Identify, design and launch product solutions that solve market problems and provide business growth for Card Services clients and an improved channel experience for their customers
Actively seek market and solution input from Sales, Account Management, Market Development and other Fiserv teams as needed to support the product strategy
Publish and manage the product investment plan in support of the product strategy
Prepare and present the business case to support the product development investment
Achieve annual product revenue growth and profitability goals
Successfully launch new products and key product enhancements
Deliver client and prospect presentations as needed

Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
6-10+ years of product experience in the payment or financial services industries
Digital native with strong comfort with design thinking, UX, data driven product development, Agile, APIs
Exceptional ability to think strategically and analytically coupled with strong written communication skills (ppt)
Passionate consumer advocate with ability to identify and fulfill consumer needs based on data and market input
Strong project management skills with a focus on flawless execution and pragmatic solutions
Highly collaborative work style with the ability to positively negotiate, influence others and maintain effective business relationships, especially with Technology
Demonstrated ability to compile metrics, data and insights to inform and evangelize product strategy.
Proven P&L management or prior experience in managing revenue and expense for assigned product desirable
