The successful candidate will have a strong background in and command of user interface design, application design, responsive design, and user experience design with a passion for front-end development technologies.This is a global role. The UX Designer will be traveling to global locations to meet with clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:As a member of the product management team, the UX designer is responsible setting design direction for our next generation HR and payroll applications and working with a team of UI developers to deliver on the visionLead the user experience design and research discipline within the MNC business unitContinually improve UX capabilities, tools, processes and best practicesResponsible for all engagements including all UX project deliverables (such as user research reports, concepts, wireframes, prototypes, specifications), project timelines and delivery.Craft UX engagements that exceed customer expectations by partnering with key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocating user centered design (UCD) industry best practices, and effectively managing UX resources.Translate business requirements, end user needs and input from cross-functional teams into differentiated design solutions.Ability to present effectively to large audiences and executives Travel:10-20% domestic and international travel Qualifications:10+ years experience creating large scale enterprise applications or large scale websites.Successful track record leading interdisciplinary teams in the deployment of best-of-breed, innovative, and user-focused software applications.Creative and strategic thinker able to develop innovative solutionsHands-on expertise in information architecture, use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups and interactive prototypesA strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, Javascript, JavaScript frameworks, CSS)Proven ability to manage long term, large scale engagements with multiple project tracks and teams.Ability to interact effectively with product teams of all levels and backgrounds, from VPs to administrative support staff.Deep understanding and awareness of product development and experience tying product goals to business goals.Engaging presentation style and solid writing and visual communication skills.Ability to work collaborativelyOpen to feedback and
