Currently, Panasonic Corporation of North America (PNA) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Talent Analytics

The role is responsible for the collection and analysis of employee data to drive talent insights and support the development of talent scorecards and strategies. They leverage insights to inform progression and identification of opportunities areas across the performance management and talent assessment processes in support of monitoring and developing initiatives for HR.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Supports design of process to collect and integrate data points into easily consumed reports and scorecards for management.

  • Supports the Talent Analytics Director in developing data insights for talent management initiatives including career development planning, performance management, talent assessment and Succession Planning strategies.

  • Develop analytics documentation, such as end state descriptions, use cases, process maps, specific data requirements, data sourcing plans etc. to embed decision making models into comprehensive talent analytics solutions. Comfortable with conducting in depth research on process matters, without losing sight of the big picture and balancing the need to maintain forward momentum.

  • Partner with HR and talent leads across Panasonic’s business operations to execute on reporting priorities, approaches, processes, and tools. Coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that talent management metrics are delivered timely and provide appropriate attribution analysis for the business to act upon.

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Related talent and analytics experience considered in lieu of education.

  • 2-4 years of analytics and talent experience, preferably in a best practices organization.

Competencies :

  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills.

  • Strong Project Manager.

  • Business Acumen.

  • Communication.

  • Experience working with HR enabling technology (such as Workday)

  • Critical evaluation using statistical analysis preferred.

  • Ethical Practice.

  • Global & Cultural Awareness.

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

  • Proven team player with ability to navigate a complex organization

Communications :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Other Requirements :

  • Travel required: 15%
