Overview and Responsibilities

The Social Expressions Manager will oversee product licensing for Party Goods, Stationery, and Seasonal categories. They will help to drive growth through cultivating and maximizing existing partnerships, leading to increased retail placement. They are responsible for managing the day to day of the business including the below noted responsibilities. The position will also require working with other lines of business and ongoing communication with partners to update them on our property strategies and retail initiatives, so excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.


  • Reports to the Director of Social Expressions & Seasonal

  • Manage day-to-day category operations, including line lists, licensee management and contract status

  • Compile sales recaps for management

  • Coordinate and streamline all communication between vendors, the Nickelodeon Creative team and relevant lines of business

  • Route necessary items to internal and external teams

  • Manage sample inventory and fulfill requests

  • Submit contracts and amendments into our internal system as well as track all ongoing deals

  • Present property updates to external partners on a bi-annual basis.

  • Attend and recap local trade shows focused on our categories

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years’ experience in licensing or retail landscape
