The Help Desk Analyst provides first level phone support to end-users regarding IT incidents and service requests. This role is critical in meeting the Department objectives for providing high quality customer service and technical support for HHR supported technologies; ensuring service levels are met or exceeded and maximizing first call resolution.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide first level phone support of firm related hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge in the firm supported end user applications and hardware.
- Track all incidents and service requests.
- Use the tools and knowledge available to effectively trouble shoot and resolve issues.
- Escalate incidents and problems to right team if you are not able to resolve them.
- Abide by all the rules and policies of the firm.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge in the firm supported end user applications and hardware.
- Develop and maintain superior customer service and incident management skills.
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
