8x8 Channel Marketing Programs Manager in New York, New York
The Channel Marketing Programs Manager will drive incremental revenue through 8X8 Channel Partners by developing targeted programs and campaigns that increase demand for 8X8 solutions. The position will focus on developing strategic marketing programs, campaigns, and communication strategies that will assist in driving growth for 8x8 while increasing a loyal customer base, advancing the organization’s brand, and build awareness of 8x8 solutions globally.
This person will utilize all of the marketing activities designed to create demand for our products and services that will generate sales growth. The candidate will develop strategic marketing programs, and campaigns for specific partner types, vertical markets, geographic regions, or product/service offerings.
Key performance indicators will reside in the ability to positively impact the sales funnel and help partners grow. In collaboration with 8x8 Business Development Managers the Channel Marketing Program Manager will establish and manage the global programs and campaigns.
Primary duties include developing marketing programs and campaigns that leverage Market Development Funds (MDF) and marketing budgets and reporting against these programs.
Understand Value Added Resellers (VAR), Direct Market Resellers (DMR), Distribution, Master Agents and Sub agents.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers and other 8X8 business units on marketing needs
Be the “Subject Matter Expert” to assist in the creation of training material needed for marketing enablement
Think strategically and how marketing programs can scale to partners globally
Be the “Subject Matter Expert” on Best Practices for developing Marketing programs and campaigns
Provide tracking, measurement and reporting on the metrics of the channel programs and spend
Understand SDFC (Salesforce.com)
7-10 years, experience in marketing program development, program management, and channel/field marketing
Project and program management skills with demonstrated examples of end-to-end ownership and delivery of multi-faceted marketing programs delivered with or through channel partners
Hands-on experience with sales and marketing automation systems including SFDC
Excellent communications and presentations skills
Highly motivated individual with a results-driven orientation, capable of multi-tasking within a dynamic organization
Proven track record of working with sales teams and multiple levels of management
Experience in managing budgets and reporting, including Microsoft Excel
Understanding of two tier channel model
BA or BS minimum; MBA preferred
