Position Summary

The Analyst role is responsible for supporting various Indirect

Procurement objectives in order to realize maximum benefit to the

business. The Analyst will work with

various stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Categories and/or

Regions on spend and data management initiatives. The Analyst will support category-specific strategy

analytics, manage data in SAP and other business function tool for reporting,

savings and contract management. Ability to understand and determine the

requirements specified and communicate the data / finding to the stakeholders

is key. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional

who possesses solid analytical capabilities, is a team player and learns

quickly.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Calculates, records, analyses and validates savings for categories

and regions using the value creation data base and completes associated

reporting : 30%

  • Obtains data and provides data analysis, determines opportunity’s

and key trends based on analysis. Runs needed reporting to support

the categories and regions such as spend, contract expiration, KPI and

compliance reports, SAP transactional data and obtains supplier data and

reporting. Creates summary sheets / presentations on the analysis as

needed : 30%

  • Analysis and validation of the contract database. Ensure

accuracy of content loaded into Ariba database (primary contract repository for

ELC) and reporting against key contract data : 20%

  • PO tracking – manage status and shipping details of purchase

orders for business visibility including requisition creation, PO data

management and expediting as required : 20%

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

0-2 years relevant experience

Previous work experience in a Procurement-related field preferred

Microsoft Office, SAP Suite Applications

Strong interpersonal and

communication skills

Strong analytical skills
