General Purpose: Under the direction of the Chief, Student Health at Yale Health, assist in providing primary care services to the student population of Yale. Qualifies for hospital and faculty appointments. Required Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited medical school. Graduation from an accredited residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. Required Licenses or Certifications: Holds or is eligible to hold a CT Medical License. Holds or is eligible to hold a CT Controlled Substance Registration and Federal DEA Registration. Board Certification. Qualifies for hospital and faculty appointments. Qualifications:Demonstrated clinical skills as attested by colleagues and supervisors.Ability to support staff with leadership, teaching and team-building. Provides prompt input and consultation to other clinical staff.Board certification.Excellent attendance, punctuality and reliability.
