Provides professionalism, culinary knowledge and skills to support all aspects of Culinary Services to include recipe development, internal and external training, sanitation, customer presentations, product development, hospital functions and internal/external events. Oversee and maintain inventory of products, equipment, china, glassware, etc. Provide research of trends and assist with development of operational tools, best practices and marketing tools.

Culinary degree from a nationally accredited culinary school preferred.

ServSafe Managers Certificate, or equivalent.

Minimum five years management or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred. Experience in fine dining in Restaurant/Hotels, Corporate Dining and/or Catering and Banquet facility is desireable as well. Experience in developing and presenting new menu, recipes, and program standards implementation.
