Air Techniques, Inc. CRM Administrator in Melville, New York

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for maintaining the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and its associated marketing automation tool (Pardot). Develop existing CRM and Lead Management System to maintain a powerful state of the art tool for Air Techniques, adding value to the Field Sales Team, Marketing and the Sales Process.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Planning CRM Strategies and corresponding activities across the company encouraging customer interaction increasing customer loyalty
  • Analyze how the CRM System is used by the organization to maximize customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability
  • Develop and test new strategies for all aspects of CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the Air Techniques and it’s products
  • Provide training to existing or new System Users whenever needed or requested to maximize the benefits of CRM for the company

Lead Management

  • Generate reports on customer trends, customer requirements and the effectiveness of our activities as a base for
  • improvement of our activities and services
  • Coordinate and develop workflows
  • Ensure required execution of all relevant end customer driven activities

System Management

  • Ensure the CRM and Lead Management Data Base will continuously capture all relevant information of our end customers
  • Maintain ease of use and optimize continuously the workflow of the CRM as well as Lead Management Process
  • Manage all security profiles and access right for users
  • Help identify and assist with system enhancement roadmap
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application
  • Create dashboards, reporting as needed
  • Develop processes and workflows and configure custom objects and fields
  • Support Marketing and Sales to manage campaigns and nurture program to keep leads pipeline full
  • Import contact data from various sources and business databases into the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).

Relationship Building

  • Establish rapport with sales teams and other departments to ensure a sense of team in all assignments and daily operations.
  • Support the Sales team by partnering with the IT department or the software company to solve user’s problems
  • Adhere all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and make sure that they are followed

_Position Requirements: _

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent business experience
  • Eight year's experience in national or international marketing and/or sales jobs – preferable within the dental industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience configuring, testing, documenting and supporting the Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with marketing automation systems required, (Pardot strongly preferred)
  • Experienced in a target driven environment and/or organizations
  • Proven track record of successfully working autonomously, while enjoying the opportunity to work on a team-based tasks and projects
  • Proven experience in a global environment working with customers and suppliers
  • Strong/proven problem solving skills across multi-disciplinary skill sets and ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Strong ability to effectively prioritize competing requests, while keeping lines of communication open and clients satisfied
  • Exceptional analytical skills ; detail orientation
  • Effective communicator capable to inspire individuals and teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce certification a plus
