For more information, go to http ://investor.ralphlauren.com .Position Summary : The Investigative Analyst is responsible for working with retail Asset Protection’s team to analyze potential dishonest activities and preparing investigations to support the resolution of these activities at the local level. In addition, the IA will aid in the development of investigative strategies and related key performance metrics as it relates to safeguarding company assets and identifying internal dishonesty. Key Responsibilities : Responsible for maintaining a consistent and appropriate level of cases for all divisions as determined by industry standards, shrink performance and resources, through exception reporting data analysis Develop and prepare investigations and relevant documentation for delivery to the appropriate Asset Protection team for resolution Ensure all investigation and case documentation adheres to the company process with all legal requirements met Support the Investigations program by improving the quality of cases through partnership with the Asset Protection teamRequirements : Minimum three years relevant work experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Strong analytical, statistical and/or problem-solving experience with proven ability to process large datasets into meaningful information Experience with experimental test design and data mining. Proficient with statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, etc.) and manipulating large data sets and samples Great follow-up and attention to detail Knowledge of store operations and Asset Protection function preferred Ability to work within a team environment, as well as independently Good time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills Prior work with exception reporting expected, use with XBRi platform preferred Basic knowledge of CCTV systemsRalph Lauren is an equal opportunity employer.
