Vendor Project Manager

The Vendor Management liaison will be responsible for identifying all of the Business Activity Officers (BAOs) and Third Party Officers (TPOs) within US Branded Cards. Once identified, the Vendor Management Liason will survey the adherence by the vendor to all third party requirements. Once complete they will work with each of these individuals to develop a plan to ensure that they are performing all duties they are responsible for (as defined by the OCC/CFPM and the Third Party Risk Management team. These duties include the following:

? Ensure all customer complaints monitoring activities are occurring

? Records Management compliance

? Manage all SLAs - and address SLA misses

? Manage all scorecards

? Own and lead remediation for all issues/gaps

? Ensure vendor completes all requisite training

? Ensure all reporting is housed on sharepoint

? TPISA results

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field

o Excellent project management skills

Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Power Point and Word

o Ability to clearly demonstrate objectives and get buy in from marketing teams to support initiative.

Data Oriented person with strong analytic and financial acumen

o Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought

o Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency

o Strong sense of accountability and ownership

o Strong communication/listening, presentation and influencing/negotiation skills

o Ability to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies, decision makers and stakeholders

o Strategic, critical, franchise, quick, detail-oriented thinker who can easily "connect the dots"
