The ATM Security Program Manager will play an integral role driving execution against critical risk, regulatory and technology commitments. This position will report to the Global ATM Channel Manager and be primarily responsible for Global ATM Security Program Management and ensuring end-to-end program governance. This individual will partner closely with the ATM Controls Manager, the CitiShare Business Planning & Analysis team, internal technology teams, information security teams, legal and compliance to oversee and ensure ATM Security evolution and risk management.
As an ATM Security Program Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to one or more cross-functional teams and will hold end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of ATM Security Enhancement Programs. Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
Global ATM Security Program Management:
Play a leadership role in directly managing a specific project / program / work-stream as part of Global ATM Channel, defining and executing against project plans, working with subject matter experts to implement against defined plans and milestones.
Drive execution of programs and projects against tight timelines and plans; ensure adherence to committed milestones; lead one or more key projects on Global ATM Security Enhancement and Governance
End-to-end program ownership across all markets, stakeholders and functions
The single point-of-contact for all program related correspondence, and delivering a unified message to all internal and external stakeholders.
Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the regional and functional project managers
Program Oversight, Governance and Documentation:
Responsible for all program documentation
Defining, documenting, and maintaining an overall program design. The program design would include: List of stakeholders and their respective roles (RACI), Charter (goals, scope, and timeline), End to end view, Approvals, justifications for any delays and changes to scope.
Documenting, tracking, and approving all program-related expenses; estimating any cost overruns and escalating as appropriate
Responsible for identifying and notifying appropriate Citi personnel of critical risks that endanger the program delivery timeline, and working with stakeholders to determine next steps required to rectify
Managing all vendor related activities and also Compliance / Legal / IBC related activities for ATM Security Enhancement Programs
Responsible for driving transparency across program stakeholders, and ensuring no functional silos exist
ATM Security Roadmap
- Partner closely with the Information Security SME (ATM Security Product Manager) to enhance existing security products and evaluate new products for adoption
Strong program / project management skills, capable of leading complex cross function programs independently

Strong ATM related experience (5+ years) preferred – leading major cross functional initiatives
Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) – has the ability to present key issues / concepts clearly.
Financial Services Background (5+ years)
Demonstrated success in identifying, tracking driving business results with a strong sense of urgency in a matrix organization.
Excellent relationship management skills with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies, decision makers and stakeholders.
Highly proficient with excel and MS Office tools
Bachelor’s degree in a financial related field required - Masters preferred
