The HIM Supervisor assists the Director in the operational aspects, planning, organizing and direction of the department. Oversees the daily activities of the department including, Release of Information, RAC Requests, Audits, Scanning and managing duplicate medical record numbers. The HIM Supervisor acts as a liaison and reference for Local Compliance Officer, Corporate Compliance, Administration, Case Management, Standards, Patient Accounting, Physician Advisors, Finance, and Physicians.
