NJ Employer Infrastructure Group Manager in Jersey City, New Jersey

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESUltimately responsible for driving process and resolution of Infrastructure Hardening SWAT initiatives, including working with internal stakeholders across multiple channelsManage vendor engagements to perform evaluation and remediation of issuesProvide cyber security subject matter expertise specifically related to technology infrastructure, including IBM mainframe security hardeningPrioritize and manage remediation activities with overall infrastructure strategic plansLead efforts to analyze and prioritize urgent production issues, including driving root cause analysis and remediationFacilitate issue resolution with Infrastructure, CTO, Risk, Audit, Development to define solutions in line with firm and industry best practices and standards.Support the systems teams for estimates, analysis, design, development, performance, scalability and providing subject matter expertise in security hardeningParticipate in resource planningCreate project plans and process improvementsManage multiple simultaneous projects, including budget managementLead initiative to create a 3-5 year infrastructure roadmapKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES BS/BA degree in Finance and/or Computer Science or related work experience requiredMust have at least 12+ years of experience in technology infrastructure with a focus on financial servicesExperience managing external vendorsStrong knowledge of cyber security evaluation and remediationProactive and results-oriented Collaborative and objective approach to problem solvingAbility to work in high energy and visible environmentsDemonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environmentExcellent written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively and with clarity, with ability to negotiateConsultative and advisory skills with ability to work and communicate professionally with internal and external clientsOrganizational skills and ability to multi-taskExperience developing and delivering presentationsFor more details see online:URL
