NJ Employer Proposal Manager in Hoboken, New Jersey

Responsibilities:Drive the sales efforts by developing and creating high-quality, customer-focused and competitively differentiated request for proposal responses.Exhibit confident project management skills that set team expectations and effectively balance an intense workload.Produce high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment where short and competing deadlines are inherent in the department.Organize and facilitate proposal kickoff calls, meetings and review sessions in deep collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate sales, marketing, technical and corporate resources (who may have competing priorities) across multiple time zones and regions to develop proposal content within very tight timelines.Review requirements as detailed in the clients Request for Proposal to ensure the final proposal directly meets all varied and/or articulated customer expectations.Ensure the frequently asked questions and corporate knowledge database information is real-time current, easy-to-find and technically accurate based on relevant requests for proposals (as assigned)Participate in training and development sessions on an ongoing basis in order to continually develop and advance individual knowledge capital around the NICE solution set.Education: BA in English, marketing, or other writing-focused degree from an accredited universityRequirements:At least four years of previous professional proposal development and RFP management experience in the For Profit market.Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical software solutions and leverage that ability to write from a position of influence that differentiates NICE from the competition.Comprehensive understanding of standard proposal development tools and processes, including Qvidian database software and online RFP response systems such as Ariba.Excellent organizational skills that seamlessly navigate through competing priorities, intersecting deadlines and engaging external stakeholders.Strong autonomous work ethic combined with self-directed leadership skills that collaborate effectively within team environment.Advanced skills in MS Word styles and templates.
