NEED for a Customer Service Representative! OfficeTeam has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative! The Customer Representative role is one of the most critical roles in the company, being responsible for the care and resolution of customer issues. The daily responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to fielding all inbound calls from both existing and potential customers; providing stellar customer service by identifying the customers' needs, researching the request, coordinating with other departments to ensure the proper expectations are set before conveying those to the customer; appropriate and timely follow up with customers; live time documentation of each conversation, including as many details as needed; effectively communicating with other departments to ensure that all information is accurate and expectations are clear both internally and with the customer; utilizing the internal tracking system as well as Microsoft Suite for tracking of product and communication; and any other ad hoc projects as needed. The average calls received per day per Customer Service Representative is approximately 50-75 calls.
