We have an immediate opening for a Material Handler at our site in Clark NJ. Must be available for off shifts (2nd and 3rd shift) including weekend work. Shifts subject to change.

Description and Responsibilities :
Primary Purpose: Responsible for moving materials efficiently and timely
for manufacturing and warehouse operations. Maintain accurate inventory records during movement of materials throughout the facility.
Supply manufacturing with materials on a demand basis.
Remove materials from production for storage and for orders.
Maintain GMP's and complete functions on the sanitation schedule.
Move and rearrange inventory as instructed for consolidation, organization and efficiency.
Move new materials and inventory into proper stock locations
Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
Using RF Scanners to move inventory to and from locations throughout the facility.
Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures
Responsible for conformance to Food Safety and Food Quality Plans as described in the Kerry Clark SQF Systems manual. Must report any and all deviations to a member of management and QA- and set product aside until further instructed.

Minimum Requirements :
High school or equivalent. Knowledge and experience to operate a fork lift. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to see to read labels. Ability to perform basic math computations. Basic computer skills. Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and move up to 500 lbs. Must be able to walk throughout the warehouse / plant and sit to operate a forklift.
Working Environment :
Factory environment with exposure to flavor and basic product chemicals and raw materials Warehouse and manufacturing environment subject to extreme weather conditions at times.
