Kforce has a client in search of a Global Incident Manager in Armonk, NY.Summary:A premier client is seeking a Global Incident Manager professional to work on the Cyber Security Incident Response team. The team's core function is to provide continuous cyber security incident response and data analysis services for the company and their clients as well as contributing to the ongoing improvement of the company's overall IT security posture and policies. The role will entail developing and executing all components of an incident response plan to respond to emerging threats and cyber events within the company's landscape that could impact the company and/or the company's clients. The role is highly visible and requires regular interaction with executives within the business while being able to utilize the network of needed cyber support.
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science and Cyber Security
Minimum one professional certification; CISSP, CRISC, GISP, GIAC, or equivalent preferred
At least 5 years of experience in applied IT Security Operations
Working knowledge of risk response options (i.e. accept, mitigate, and avoid transfer)
Ability to quickly triage/execute damage containment methods
